Itinerary

Be Retreats begin on Thursday night and wind down on Sunday afternoon. A more detailed itinerary can be found below.

The exact activities and offerings depend on the season and the weather. Here are a few activity examples : a guided hike, a visit to an organic farm, swimming in the neighboring lake or a guided tour of the castle. The itinerary described here is intended for orientation and may vary depending on the circumstances.

All meals are homemade and can be prepared vegetarian/vegan. There's always something for carnivores too.

THURSDAY

Arrive & Unplug

BeRetreats2020-(c)OxanaSalzmann_small-11

After your arrival in the beautiful country house and hand-over of your digital devices, we begin with culinary pampering via Kathrin's cooking skills.

During a group dinner, you get to know all the participants and spend a cozy evening with them without digital interruptions

Next is a relaxing night in a lovingly furnished room - without television or alarm clock.

FRIDAY

Time for yourself

BeRetreats2020-(c)OxanaSalzmann_small-27

Your day begins with a professionally taught Yoga session.

We then continue with one of the highlights of the day: Kathrin's extensive breakfast.

After breakfast an activity takes place. Then you return to the country house for a light lunch.

The afternoon belongs to you. Enjoy the location's many quiet places, use the garden, explore the grounds or read a book in front of the fireplace.

Before dinner we offer a second Yoga session, for those who are interested.

For dinner we all get back together to enjoy Kathrin's culinary skills. We then settle down in the charming garden or in front of the cozy fire place to round off the day.

SAMSTAG

Complete timeout

BeRetreats2020-(c)OxanaSalzmann_small-13

You can start the day with Yoga again, either in our large seminar room or outside.

The group then reconvenes at the breakfast table and you are invited to linger over a beautiful meal.

The morning is devoted to leisure and you can relax to your heart's content in and around the house. Consciously take the time to switch off and do nothing in order to recharge your batteries. The country house offers books and magazines, a great garden, a fireplace, board and card games and of course plenty of space to be alone.

After lunch we offer an activity, which also includes coffee and cake.

In the late afternoon you can join us for a second Yoga session that day if you like.

For dinner everyone will get together again and you will spend a sociable evening with the other participants.

SUNDAY

Refelection and Exchange

You have the opportunity to tart your day with Yoga once more.

Afterwards the weekend comes to an end with an extensive and extended brunch. Kathrin once again serves up all the delicacies a breakfast lover could wish for, creating the right framework to reflect on the experiences of the past three days.

How did you fare without digital devices? Was the Yoga good for you and your body? What did the digital detox do to you? And what are you taking home with you?

Hopefully ideas will emerge within the group for a more mindful navigation of the digital world.

At lunchtime, it is time to say goodbye and start your journey home.
